• electrified with european or u.s. sockets depending on destination
• For every chandelier it
is possible to obtain its matching wall sconces with 1, 2 ,3, 5, 6,
9 lights.
• All the Murano chandeliers are available also in many other colours
and sizes from 3 to 4-5-6-8-12-18-24-28-32 lights versions.
• All the Murano chandeliers
will be available 15/30 days after the receipt of payment.
Worldwide warranty

The products sold by us are covered with an unlimited (for the life
of your chandelier) worldwide manufacturers warranty.
In the case you need replacements parts we will cover all your transportation
costs to you.
This way we want to make sure that you will not incur any additional
costs, should you be entitled to free warranty replacement.
After receiving the items please carefully inspect them. To be entitled
for free replacements claims are to be made within 1 week after the
receipt of the shipement.
Shipping Costs

The shipping costs depends on the weight and on
the final destination of the product.
All handling charges are paid by preciouslighting.com. Should you be
asked by mistake to pay handling charges by the shipping agency
at delivery, please pay the charges and notify us. We will immediately
refund you for the full amount.
As a company policy we only charge you a part of the real shipping cost.
So don't be surprised if the shipping cost seems low!
All our shipments are done by express or expedited service using UPS
or FedEx.
Import Duties

Import duties for deliveries
to all other countries are paid by our customers at delivery.
